As Real Estate Consultants for the Tulsa Metro area for over a combined 40 years, the Bannochie Team commitment is to ensure a smooth transaction for all our clients from day one through closing. We take care of all the details!
An important advantage for our clients is that the Bannochie Team is well-known in the REALTOR community, and trusted by our real estate partners at Coldwell Banker and at other companies. We work together to ensure that transactions are completed on time and with positive outcomes.
The first step is to get together and mutually determine your Real Estate goals and priorities. This discussion will provide us a better understanding in order to customize your marketing plan as a Seller or personalize your home search as a Buyer.
If you are a Seller...your home will be marketed, not just listed!
If you are a Buyer...you can be assured that you will be exposed to all the homes in the area that are in your price range and meet your needs.
Communication is the key and you can rely on us to keep you fully informed during the entire process. Call us any time with your questions.

Margaret Bannochie is a top notch real estate agent. She is professional, honest and knowledgeable about every aspect concerning the selling/buying a home. She is knowledgeable about Tulsa and surrounding areas. She pays attention to every detail which we appreciated. If we had questions, she responded quickly. She walked us through every step of selling/buying a home and we sold our home in 3 weeks!! We would/have referred her to anyone we know that are selling/buying.
My wife and I were completely new to the buying process. We didn't know a thing about how realtors work. I met a lot of realtors in a short period of time requesting showings through websites. And they all wanted to help us! So we set up meetings with ones that struck us as decent to find one we'd really like. Makes sense, right? You want someone you can trust.
We actually met Peter and liked him. But Margaret took over because he was going out of town. She took us to a few houses we were interested in. I remember when I asked her questions about the houses, she snapped, "Well I don't know everything about them off-hand!" It was pretty rude and strange, because the other realtor we'd narrowed down to actually did know everything off-hand.
I gave her another chance. We had our daughter with us. She happened to mention seeing a house with the other realtor. In front of my family, she stops everything and says, "You saw anothe realtor? I can't believe it. That is so vile of you. How do you think we make our money? I demand completely loyalty. If you won't give it, I will not help you." I politely told her she would not be helping me and we left.
And that was my experience with Margaret Bannochie. My impression: she cares more about making money than helping you. There are much better realtors in Tulsa. Go to them.
Margaret has been a Realtor for over thirty years and has probably over a thousand satisfied clients. When you are meeting a Realtor face to face for the first time, understand that it's a two way interview. If you are working with several Realtors, don't be surprised if many don't agree to take you on as a client. A good relationship is teamwork. Margaret is a straight shooter and tells the truth, however, she is generally very patient and courteous. If she came across as abrupt, we apologize but many clients appreciate when a problem is directly addressed.
Margaret and Peter are the absolute best in the field. With so many years of experience, we have now trusted them twice with helping us find homes. They're extremely attentive to their clients needs, and willing to go the extra mile. I had full confidence in their ability to take care of every detail, and that they would advocate strongly for our best interest. Wonderful people of character and excellent business people!
